Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to work carried out by Roberts Roots (Todd Roberts), Warkton, Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Every job is priced individually according to its size, access and location. Work is carried out as described in your quote. Any extra work requested will be agreed with you before it starts.

We check whether trees are subject to a Tree Preservation Order or sit in a conservation area before work begins. Where consent is needed, the customer is responsible for making the application; we will help guide you through the process. Work will not start until any required consent is in place.

Work may be delayed or changed if active bird nests or protected wildlife are found.

Please make sure we have safe access to the work area on the agreed day, and let us know about any known hazards or underground services.

Payment terms, including any deposit, will be agreed with you when the quote is accepted.

Arrangements for green waste will be confirmed in your quote. Logs can be left on site on request.

Roberts Roots holds public liability insurance. Subcontractors are self-employed and hold their own public liability cover.
